It's so funny how so much can happen in a week.
The bomb threat from across the street "fizzled". Nothing happened and I don't know if there are any clues about the caller. Anyway, things are back to "normal" on South Bridge St.
A large part of my time has been spent in traveling to and from Pennsylvania. Sisters, Sara and Julia, are getting married on adjacent weekends at the same remote mountain farm in Pennsylvania. They are daughters of dear, dear friends and would not miss their weddings if at all possible. It takes between 7 and 8 hours of travel each way on an I-81, which I loath. Driving in a convertible is extra fun except in the driving rain. Remember what you heard about the weather here last weekend? All true.
So, now we leave shortly for wedding #2. Both girls are getting crocheted Ab-Fab kits from Collinette, one in amethyst and one in ivory. They're so much fun to work. Neither is finished, but samples of the yarn are in both of their cards. They won't need them anytime soon in the heat and humidity. Justifications all around for not getting them done on time.
Yarn Theory will be closed this Friday and Saturday and Tuesday of course for the 4th of July. Happy Independence Day!!!

Cool blog Jan,
Hope you had a great time at the Wedding.
Jan..I'm so excited about your new blog! I miss coming into the store but I'll make my trip very, very soon--and I'll bring friends!
Hmmmm...the color name is Imposter. I would guess that it's in the lavender/purple/lilac range. Can't wait to see it! Likewise, I'm looking forward to seeing something knitted in your soy silk - - that sounds very intriguing too!
